If you would like your app on the Apple and Android App Store we will submit this for you. Usually takes 2 weeks (you can still use your app as normal during this time).

How do I get set up?Visit the Sign up page on our website and enter your details. We need your contact details and your business details.
How long does it take to get set up?In most cases we can get your app set up within 24 hours from recieving your app information (on the sign up page). Once we have set up your app design and layout we need your menu, we build this into your app for you at no extra cost. The size of your menu can impact how long it takes to have your app ready.
What does it cost?There are no set up costs, maintenance fees or monthly subscription costs we charge a low monthly rate for every transaction of only 2%. This is considerably lower than some of the big players in the food ordering market and allows you to build better relationships with your customers on a local level.
Where do the sales go?We work with Stripe to ensure your payments are safe and secure. We can help you set up an account or you can plug your existing account straight in. Your sales go through your app, into your stripe account and on to your bank account. All of your transactions and customer details are stored in your stripe account.
Can you link my app in to my website?Yes, your app can be embeded onto your website and customers can order directly from your website at no extra cost. You can grant us access or we can send the code to your website designer to add it to your website.
What is the cloud management system?This is simply a website that allows you to manage your app. You should log in and have a look but don't worry, we are always available to help you edit or update your app if you need us. We can also train a member of your staff how to use all the features at no extra cost.
